How does virtual career consulting work?
In the first step our HILL experts conduct a phone conversation with you to get to know your desires and requirements and to orient future further consulting. Then a pin code will be sent to you so that you can conduct the HILL Competence Analysis© online.
At the latest on the next working day, you will receive an individual consultation and career coaching session based on your results.
Comfortable and time-saving
Of course you can also use other HILL services online. This allows you flexibility and comfort in your time allocation and position.
